Will someone please help me with my microphone trouble?
I have a Cyber Acoustic AC-201 microphone headset and it's been going great, but as of last night, when I was using it, the sound starting going in and out of one side. When I'd hold the chord one way, the sound would be in both speakers like normal, but I'd turn it another way, and it'd go back. Now, it's getting harder to keep the sound normal.Obviously, it's a glitch. What can I do to fix it? PLEASE..someone help. I really don't want to buy another one-this model is a bit expensive. Thanks in advance.
It sounds like a loose connection. Do you still have warranty on it? I would go that route first.
If not, see if you can take apart the side that goes in and out and re-solder the wire. You can get a soldering iron at any hardware store.
Otherwise the wire might need replaced. Find the manufacturers website and see if they will send you one.
