RAdio scanner helpppp pleease?????
I just got the radioshack triple trunking handheld radio scanner as a gift....
the Users guide yeah no help from that ,,,
i managed to get it on a regional police channel that i've been listening to but i wanted to listen to my town's police....
i know what the frequency is ,,, like 39.16000 i was told.
How do i save this channel i'm on and how do i get to the frequency above
every time i go through the channels or scan it doesn't stop scanning (least that's what it says)
i managed to make it stop on this channel somehow ,, and im afraid to mess it up.
Sorry i have no experience with One of these what so ever and the manual is Absolutely no help!
Well, you could give us the model of the scanner so someone could help or you could search online for an easier way to program it or you could just re-read the manual. Good luck.
However,
For most scanners, programming a frequency such as the one you stated, you would just hit Program then enter the freq. and then hit Enter.
